Breakin'

Breakdance was founded in the streets of New York in the 1980′s and has evolved into a worldwide phenomenon. Students will learn basic breakdance footwork, floorwork, gymnastics, and basic flexibility exercises to help strengthen the body for choreography. Our instructors help the students gain confidence through freestyle sessions and develop them as individuals through musicality. Breakdance is a very popular style of dance and a definite crowd pleaser.

Street Dance

 

Featuring a variety of styles including Hip Hop, Break Dancing, Popping, Locking, etc. Street Dance covers a wide range of Hip Hop fundamentals to allow dancers to become comfortable dancing outside of their box.

Total Body Conditioning

 

Total Body Conditioning is Jayvee’s intense workout class that attacks all parts of the body through different techniques including interval training and yoga to improve your cardio and lower your body’s fat percentage while sculpting your muscles. Some classes will focus on specific muscle groups such as abs and arms while others on flexibility to improve blood circulation. Each class will always end in meditation to cool down the body and relax the mind.

Open Session

 

Open session is for all freestylers looking to practice their skills in their favorite styles of dance such as hip hop, krump, breakdance, popping, locking, whacking, and more. Practice your freestyle and battle technique every Tuesday night from 8:30-10:00.

Only $5 to drop in and $15 for the month.
